A Mill Valley, CA home had an empty 15' long raised planter beneath it's front stairs.
Wildwood's inspiration for the planting scheme comes from a similar size planter at One Embarcadero in downtown San Francisco. The planter combines succulents, grasses, perennials, and palms.
The newly planted Mill Valley bed has all that minus the palms. With names like 'Black Knight', 'Citronelle', 'Pork n Beans', 'Coral Wave', 'Orange Vanilla Popsicle', 'Zwartkop', and 'Seascape', the plants have promise!
By spring, the oranges, yellows, and purple-black tones should be in full force!
